Standard delivery fee is £1.99. For orders above £30, standard delivery fee is waived, orders delivered between midnight and 6 am incur a Late Night Fee of £1.99. No minimum order fee. However, there is a Small Order Fee of £1.99 for orders under £10

There are no pre-booked delivery times. Zapp aims to make all deliveries within 20 minutes, 24/7, so you can get the items you need the moment you want them, day and night. You can track the progress of your order on the Zapp app and a text message will also be sent to the mobile number you’ve registered when your rider is close by.
