The Lidl brand was founded in Germany and has grown a great deal to become one of Europe's leading food retailers. The first Lidl GB store opened its doors in 1994 and, twenty-five years later, they have over 800 stores and thirteen regional distribution centers across Great Britain. At present, Lidl does not offer any home delivery or click and collect services in the UK, the only way to purchase their goods is by visiting their stores.
